Woodstown and Pilesgrove kick off Independence Day in grand fashion in 2008 with the annual "Firecracker 5K" run starting at 8am in Marlton Park.  The 4th of July parade steps off at 10am from Memorial Lake and heads down Main Street towards Marlton Road ending at Marlton Park.  The festivities conclude with fireworks in Marlton Park at dark.
